Okay... so I had ordered two meals, a slush like thing, and large blizzard. It took and 1 1/2 hours!!! There was one guy in front of me and it took at least 30 minutes for a meal and a mini blizzard! While I was in there there was disrespect behind the counter, a guy was asked to make a medium blizzard and he said, " I don't know which one is a medium." A guy went to show him and he said, " I don't know how to make it. " Then he went to the back and started playing on his phone and blasting music. And this guy wasn't even wearing a uniform!!! The blizzard was made eventually. Also the place was disgusting. There was food, trash, and drinks all over every single table and chair. The floors were very sticky. The bathrooms had toilet paper thrown everywhere. While I was waiting on my food all the workers were doing was talking, and listening to music the was no one in the back making my food!! When I eventually got my food for my family it was all undercooked and cold, I went and confronted them about it all that was said was sorry. They refused to give me any of my money back or to even remake my blizzard that just had things piled on top of it; wasn't even mixed together! Overall very disappointed in this place it used to be on of the best stops in Holliday, and now it has drastically went down hill. Very sad.
Incredibly slow and poor customer service. It took twenty minutes to get our fried jalapenos and we never got one of our blizzards
We always have a nice time when we go. Food is good. Service is good. So all is good!
If you want good food don't go here. Food and service both sucks.
That would be a good place to put a restaurant.
